I know third party seller can be much less reliable, but I find only two albums(Best of Stratovarius/Elements 1&2) are labeled "ships and sold by Amazon"; both, however, do not have the song "coming home"(which I like very much). Can I get some help here?
Is Amazon a reliable source to buy a used Visions CD?

Seems the seller is called momox shop, and they have a 92% positive rating over more than 20K ratings. I'd say you're good.
No need to feel so afraid, colors last a lifetime and fade to gray...

I bought a lot of Stratovarius albums through Amazon that way... you're fine. Go for it.

Is new Visions CD still available (see Amazon Australia website)?

Generally amazon is pretty reliable and if things go wrongly, it's tracked and the seller is not really able to "escape". For second hand I generally contact the sellers prior for information as disc state etc. But tbh I buy music second hand more from shops and discogs and recently avoid amazon completely but that's another subject.
So i'd say you're pretty safe, if they have good reviews and stuff.
