In Fahrenheit(what us backward USAers use)its still damn cold!
Especially us Southern USA people who wear shorts&halter-tops 10 months out of the year!

Try to use the converter function of your (compulsory) graphical calculator. It changes the degrees immediately.

It can't be never -13F because then it's about -273C and that's pretty cold
