Because I wanted to post the song xD
The video is just a still image.

It's interesting because people would blame Elias for the new style Sonata has, but this song just cuts that off, specially with the solo. It's allways been said that japanese people like fast metal songs. It's no weird that this bonus song for The Days of Grays is more old school, but proofs that Sonata can still do that sort of songs. Still I preefer Deathaura over the rest of the album and this song too.

My list would go like this:

1.Unia
2.Reckoning Night
3.The days of Grays
4.Winterheart's guild
5.Ecliptica
6.Silence

Not to say i dislike the bottom of the list Ecliptica got me into Sonata but i like the ''new'' Sonata better. Cool

Well I do have a lot of bootlegs. I think there are more Sonata bootlegs than Strato but is it ok to post downloads to them here?...

The Bootlegs I have:

Audio Only
(2000) Live at Riviera
(2001) Live in Osaka
(2002) Live At Tuska Open Air
(2005) Live At Ankkarock
(2006) Live At Budapest
(2008) Wacken Open Air
(2000) 8th Commandments of Tampere (Finland)
(2000) Blank Crowd (Finland)
(2000) Letter to Stuttgart (Germany)
(2004) Live At Tavastia
(2001) Acoustica Live in Paris
(2001) Silence Over Stuttgart (Germany)
(2009) At the Fullmoon Rising
(2009) Live At Lowlands
(2003) Live at Shibuya
(2005) Out of Time and Place (Unofficial recordings of the DVD "For the Sake of Revenge")
(2008) Live At Filmore Placenza (Italy)
(2007) Live At Saarbrücken (Germany)

Videos
(2004) Acoustic in Tokyo
(2004) Live At Tavastia
(2003) Live At Hroshima
(2003) Live At Tammerfest Festival

Also, I have to say that TDOG gets better and better every time I listen to it, but it does have songs I don't like. "Breathing" is flat, "Zeroes" and "The Dead Skin" never got to me, and "No Dream can heal a Broken heart" is a bit of a filler to me, but the rest of the songs have very interesting things to each.
¿Have you listened to the violin solo in "The Truth is out There"? The orchestral version of the bonus track "In the Dark" is one of the best love songs I've ever listened to, and it has such an amazing atmosphere.

I think that The Days of Grays must be accepted as what it is. An album with Power Metal elements, some symphonic ones and a dark poem in it's songs, not just an album with 10 songs at 180bpm, and I think evolution is good. That's why I hate DragonForce, bcause all of their 4 albums sound the same. In the other hand, each Sonata album is a different experience and has a different taste, and I think that's just wonderfull.

Albums / Songs
1.- Reckoning Night / Wrecking the Sphere, Mispalced, White Pearl, Black Oceans

2.- Silence / The Power of One, Wolf & Raven

3.- The Days of Grays / Deathaura, Juliet, As if the World Wasn't Ending

4.- Winterheart's Guild / APBE, The Cage, Champagne Bath

5.- Ecliptica / Blank File, 8th Commandment, Destruction Preventer (Never been a fan of FullMoon)

6.- UNIA / In Black and White, My Dream's but a Drop of Fuel for a Nightmare

party!!!

Well I don't have any bootlegs but have you ever heard the bonus material on successor (I have mexican version Very Happy ) Over half of Ecliptica played live with the old line-up. Well most of it wasn't so great but some songs were nice. The exerimenting with UnOpened was great.

I'd like to hear opinions from people who don't like Unia and TDoG that why exactly they don't like them? Smile

Not to start an argument, i'm just interested..Is it just that they're not speedy like the earlier albums or is it something else?

While Unia was new, interesting and very good (3rd best SA), TDoG was just... Uninspired and boring.

this. The music was fragmented and incredibly uninspired. Kakko didn't have a specific musical vision so he just kind of farted around whatever came into his head. I think losing Jani really hurt as well, because his guitar playing just sounded great.
