I seem to recall several years ago in an interview Koti said that drummer was his second choice of music specialty. Thus, if singing had not been so successful he'd been a drummer.

Well, the guy in video definitely has nothing to do with Kotipelto But it is true that Kotipelto did study drums before his singing career.
What even many Finnish people don't know is that his drum teacher back then was a guy called Jussi Lampi who since then has made a succesful career as an actor.

Few years ago I was in this charity event lead by Jussi Lampi, and Kotipelto was one of the performers. So when he announced Kotipelto on stage he shared this little information with us. Jussi Lampi is also from Lappajärvi where Kotipelto is from.

And no, you can't borrow any money, at least from me
