EMI Discographic Claims stupid copyrights - Fucking Company

Here musicians can talk to each other about making music etc. Of course if you are not a musician you are still welcomed to this board, but the topics should somehow be about making music.

This is an Epic post in ways I cannot even begin to list. I refer to the context of your previous posts about the blatant plagiarism of "Halcyon days", which probably didnt quite rise to the level of sonic fingerprint matching but there you go - the world is an unfair place which continually pisses on the art of the small guy.

BTW I can't even try to explain what happened because I can't hear the song.. hey thanks, EMI!! :D

(Maybe you sampled a Vivaldi recording they own the rights to? We are not currently connected to EMI in any way but since it seems they, Sony and Universal own the entire fucking universe, there is probably an agreement somewhere that i signed years ago which now forces me to give a tongue bath to any luxury car of any EMI executive whenever they feel like asking)

Well, maybe in barcelona you need samples the chorus for live versions too, why sound diferent to the Nemesis album really or maybe you cant listen the the video why is a photograpy that i upload in facebook (Isnt the true youtube, jens). All in the music thief, the huge companies, i see copyes of queen compases for others artist, why i was fans to queen group too, and you cant say me that matias no was inspired in a "Music for Others" why maybe stratovarius never in the life put electronic tunes in his songs? but nevermind.... try to sample you too, the video that you post in from barcelona sound a bit diferent. Smile

PD Be careful with multiples keyboards too, in this, Tolkki was a better looks in composition times, the huge production cant be played for 4 guys only in live! I dont care why im happy gifting music, im networking admin in rl, but for you is you bussines.....!!!

PD2 Now you can banned me MR jens

The picture is so small that it's a bit difficult to see what is going on.

Of course if EMI is blocking your stuff that is a new version of a piece which is in the public domain it's a really interesting issue to me -- it's simply the wrong thing to do and I would gladly throw my considerable resources into the ring to help you rightfully rub their nose in their own shit.

I also do have to say, if I only did this stuff for money I would really be doing something else for money.. you know, something which could make me money reliably instead of music

COuld you upload the sound recording somewhere in some place which is not infested by copyright hyenas? Dropbox or some such
