I guess it will be the fan's choice to decide if they want to spend extra for the bonus things offered on the new version. What has been done, is done. You can't change the past. Probably lots of money was spent for the remasters and it's probably too late to change anything.

I've listened to parts of both versions on the web and I don't find much of a big difference, but i guess the opinion might differ for someone else.
Can't say for myself because both videos got taken down, but last time I checked Youtube cuts all sound down to 128kb/s. Any noticeable improvements in quality were probably lost in the cut.
That said, I've no idea. The remaster in the Unbreakable EP was pretty conservative; the only noticeable change was the punchier bass. Maybe there's other goodies. Personally I'm just hyped for the new album covers.
