Hm, but you have to admit that Kotipelto isn't such a good songwriter as Tolkki is. Listen to his two albums. They are quite nice and Koti has the possibility to get a good songwriter with a little more practice, but at the moment I don't think that his songs are good enough to meet the high ...

I just hope that Kotipelto understands that Tolkki didn't behave the way he did because he was an asshole but because he suffered from a mental illness. This is not easy because you can't turn back the time and so on but Kotipelto really should think to forget what has happened.

But: You need some better recording equipment, it sounds very distorted and is not mixed very well. You don't need a real studio to get some nice quality. Listen to some of our stuff at

well, you say that this is the 100000000 thread about best guitarists, so you see that not everyone knows that speed and technique don't are together in every case

I don't know a lot about guitar technique, but there is one thing I wanted to mention:

I've played a lot of different piano songs. And I discovered, that some songs are REALLY hard to play, and other songs are EASYIER to play eventhough they are twice as fast than the DIFFICULT songs.

Speed is not ...

Hell no. He wasn't. But this does not effect my opinion about smashing guitars...
