Oh, yes... I so much dislike to live here. It's unbelievable. It's so unfair.
Btw, Bissingen is 5 minutes per bike from where I grew up and lived for 20 years. Really, we are stuck in the middle ages there. Swabia is so much underdeveloped and behind.

Another human rights activist killed. Natalja Estemirowa, first kidnapped and lateron shot nearby Grozny, was for a long time criticizing and doing reserch in terms of disappeared civilians in Chechnya. For this work she was threatened heavily by the pro-Kreml-president of Chechnya and his legislati...

Re: Timo Tolkki's review of Polaris
Skipping all that stupid bashing which seems to have started on the previous pages, I just want to say some things to the review itself: :) - I disagree with Timo, that they "try to sound" like Stratovarius. They do sound like Stratovarius. As he said, in the end the fans somehow "decide". And in th...

Re: Polaris - Your Review
I have bought it today. I have listened to it now 3-4 times. And, objectively: This! Album! Is! Fucking! Gooooood! All in all, the quality is so high that I haven't found single songs that are outstanding, though I never had a doubt, this high quality is still a positive suprise for me. The album is...

Re: Higher we go full track
Hm, obviously I am the only one here that is not so enthusiastic about HWG. For me, "Deep Unknown" is one of the best Stratovarius-, even in general best Power Metal songs for a long time, it's really stunning! "Higher We Go" seems so much standard, 0815 to me. It would have fit on each Elements-alb...

Re: Confirmed Stratovarius shows
I'm not a fan of big festivals. I prefer seeing a band in club shows. It's somehow more.... "personal", more direct.
- and it gives me the possibility to see the band more often on one tour, for fewer money than on a big festival where bands like Stratovarius only get like 1 hour playtime.

Re: Video for "Deep Unknown"
And I find senseless pseudo-stories boring that are compressed in a 4-minutes-video, most of the time in absolutely no coherence to the lyrics of the song. No, I personally want to see the band playing! The best thing is seeing a band LIVE - and if not, then at least in a well-produced video.

Cool vid! I absolutely prefer music videos where one can see the band playing instead of some actors performing a strange story. Thus, you made a good job. ^^

Calm down, people. Everything will be fine.
And, btw, why not? When Maynard James Keenan started his "side-band" besides "Tool", people have been worried too. And what was the result? Milestones in terms of music, named "Mer De Noms" and "Thirteenth Step". And Tool is still existing.

36 Crazyfists - The Tide And Its Takers
Seems to me like the band has grown up... I like it very much, combines the aggressive elements of the first album with the more melancholic ones of the 2nd, and leaps the weak 3rd album.

Awesome!! I especially like these facts: 1.) The cheesy cover artworks from Derek Riggs are past. 2.) Finally an album with more than only 9 songs, like on all the last albums from the Tollki era. 3.) The planet on the cover looks a little bit like Coruscant. :D 4.) You have chosen a Hungarian artis...

NO! NO! NOT RIGGS!!! NOT ONE MORE RIGGS COVER!!!
After his really good Infinte-Artwork he made those cheesy Intermission- and Elements-Covers. And that rendering-stuff looks so damn artifical. No, I think it's time for something really new.
