I think Flavio is right. I'm the same way as you, and I can tell you that (at least for me) it's been a really long learning process. Maybe you won't get it perfectly on this class, but please don't let it get you really upset. One thing you definitely don't want is for this to creep into other area...

Actually, I played Vampire The Masquerade for a New York minute. But not too many people play stuff like that.

When I was young I had a friend who played text-based online RPGs. I think the one she played at the time was called Gemstone, or something similar. Do these kinds of things still exist or is everybody obsessed with graphics?

I play a game called AdventureQuest. It's actually just a one-player game, but it is online and it plays in the browser, which is nice. It's two-dimensional and campy as hell, but it gives me something to play on the run without having to tote my XBox around or anything.
