Re: QUESTION ABOUT THE NEW DVD
I'm also waiting a bit impatiently
, but I have a feeling that dvd release dates are often postponed (in general). Is it a good thing to know about this dvd so long beforhand?

Re: World Cup 2006
Nope, there is too much noise about it everywhere...newspapers, tv, radio, merch stuff offered everywhere and so on. Let's hope to see some good matches and cross fingers for an underdog.

Re: Favourite Stratovarius Album
VoE has been blocking my car stereo since last week, but I voted for Elem.II, 'cause A & O, Sofp and Dreamweaver are my favs at the moment... but if you ask again in two months... who can tell?

winter lasted longer than usually also in Germany, so that nature is late for lets say about three weeks... so let's feel free without heavy winter clothes.

Great job, indeed! Did you do something special during that time? Did you discover something new in the songs or found a new favourite song?

Re: Your favourite non-Tolkki Stratovarius song
Run Away is the only Strato song I haven't heard. And at least I recommend you not to hear it, hearing it is totally lack of time. :P ...except you would like to build up your own mind... I also dislike a bunch of songs, but I haven't heard songs from Strato that would have made my ears blee...

Re: Old Strato songs

Re: How old are Strato-fans?
This is an option... but not for me - I' m still alive and kicking for hopefully the next 31 years :) . Btw there was a small article in our local newspaper today about people commiting suicide by jumping off the Fehmarn Belt bridge. Police complaints that a lot of people have a lack of civil courag...

Re: Old Strato songs
I'd prefer "Hold on to your dream" and "We hold the key", but I guess with every new album the chance to see Strato playing songs from the early days will decrease.

Re: Epic songs
These are all great songs but I voted for Infinity - to me it is the most dramatic one. If it had been on the list, I would have chosen Soul of a Vagabond
my yearning soul keeps roaming
in the endless search for peace
(can ID with it... somehow)

MajorForce Posted: I swear in the name of Why are we here? That´s a great song. They should play it live again! This is also my opinion. There' s an untypical lightness in this song 8) . It' s been one of my Strato alltime fav's... so one more vote for Jens - sorry TK - like your music as well.

Re: Last Albums you got
Latest albums I bought:
Doro "Warrior Soul"
the Gahtering "Home" => very good for relaxing
In Flames "Come clarity" => very good if you have to get up early in the morning
Jorn "The duke" => one of my favourite voices
Lacuna Coil "Karmacode"
so different sounds for different moods...

Hello all, this is my first posting ever... , so here's another new newbie. I'm coastguy, 'cause I can reach the coast of the baltic sea within 20 min. (by car) and I feel like I need to have the sea near me. I'm 31 years old and I've been listening to Stratovarius since 1997 (visions album &...
