Get what you mean, but I wouldn't totally agree. Each of these lineup changes have a reason, mainly musical or/and personal ones. Both lead a band into disorder and block their musical progress. A lineup change isn't necessarily a bad decision, but the question is on how you react or feel about it....

So the "return to dreamspace" project was completely a bunch of lies... It was not necessary, In Paradisum was almost a Stratovarius album, and it went not so good, so.... He will be back just when he finds the spark again, when he finds the necessity to do it without the compromise of making money...
