*SCREAM* I might not be able to go the concert in Norway 8th of February :( We are having difficulties finding a babysitter.. The concert is Monday and next day is workday for most people  Crossing fingers and hoping for the best! If not I'll be totally devastated! :twak: :poke: :buh:
Oooooooh! Both Strato AND Sonata Arctica at '70,000 tons of metal"?? I wanna be there! I am a huge fan of Sonata and I also like their latest album (after a few listens) and found their concert in Norway fantastic! Tony Kakko's voice is my favourite alongside Timo Kotipelto, I can never chose betwee...
T-shirt was available at gigs, at least here in Finland. I bought one to my daughter. Great! Thanks for answer. Do you remember what the sizes were like? Were they normal or small compared to regular sizes? The Sonata Arctica raven t-shirt I have is in size XL (!! and it just fits me) when I usuall...
Does anyone know whether these items are sold at the Stratovarius tour? Images and links taken from the official webshop. Well, when I said "small venue" I meant a closed space for up to 2,000 people (or something like that). Big venues, for me, are places like sports arenas, which can easily accomodate 10,000 people or more. I guess it just depends on how you define "small" and "big"... And a Strato gig at Rockefelle...
Do a DVD directed by Patrick Ullaeus, like Kamelot. Their DVD (OCWN) is the best DVD live ever! Agreed! Kamelot's "One Cold Winter's Night" DVD was recorded in a small venue, but it's technically flawless and the band gave a very emotional and energetic performance. A Strato DVD with the same level...
Wow, that was a great video. Great crowd, could hardly hear Timo in there
All my thoughts and condolances goes out to Timo and his family right now, sorry to hear about your grandfather *Hugs*
I voted for SA, I actually like that better than Polaris
Took me some time to get into it, but now I love it. Polaris never really hit me in that way.
Unfortunetely I didn't like Cain's Offering at all really..
To say it like this (to the Ragehead/Rebel discussion): If I had been a new fan registering at this forum, read the threads here and what's going on and all the "unseriousness", I would have turned on my heels and gotten the hell out of here as fast as possible - never to return again. As an officia...
I voted yes. I used to be very active in here, but honestly I have to say I don't like the way it has been "hijacked" by so called funny posters/trolls that always have to make every single thread into a unserious rant of bullshit. It was slightly funny in the beginning, but after a while it escalat...
Hi shg Nice to see that you remembered me
I did get a new DVD, thank God! Amazon had like 2 or 3 copies left of it
Now I keep it out of reach of the little one with the curious fingers
I disagree with you, after many listens. I know many think an album should be good straight away, but for me I appreciate albums more if the songs need to "grow on me". In the biginning I thought it sounded strange, weird, the lack of solos annoyed me and I wondered if Tony had lost his mind. It sou...
