Korg are excellent synths, but it's essentially professional stuff, so it's very expensive. If you know what Yamaha model you want, you can probably order via the net... again, I really like my synth. It has 6 octaves, pitch bend, reverb and many interestings sounds - you can even create your own so...

I think it's important to try before buying.
I don't know where you live in Norway, but I'm almost sure you can find a good store in Oslo. If there isn't, well... I suggest you my Yamaha DGX-300

Re: Synth suggestion
I have a Yamaha DGX-300, and I'm very satisfied with it.
But the best thing to do, if you want my opinion, is to go to a music store and try the keyboards yourself so you could realize which one is the best for you.

I said to the Chinese friend. "I may forget Kanji, because I can write text in all hiragana." My friend said "It is serious if I forget Kanji!" Yes I know. Re: Japanese culture topic
It doesn't surprise me that Finnish, Italian and Spanish pronunciations are easier for you. This is basically the same sounds as Japanese... english for example has only a few common sounds with Japanese, so I guess it's hard to pronounce (and it's hard for me too). :eyes Japanese "r" sounds like it...

Re: Japanese culture topic
Hey, that's true! Japanese and Finnish are very close languages (at least in pronunciation)! The sounds are similar... and that's also why I love Finnish... (the finnish "r" is very different from the japanese "r", however)
