Yes, it has been played. Mainly as part of a medley.

OK I'm doing better after your shocking post! 8)
Maybe I was shocked because of having never heard or read by a Strato FAN that thing. If anyone else had said that (who isn't a Strato fan) it wouldn't make such an impression.

Re: Best Stratovarius decade?

Lets see all the albums one by one.. 1989 Fright Night: Perhaps the only Strato album that I don't like.. Maybe it is because of the many Helloween influences. They were still building their own style then. 1992 Twilight Time: I would consider it a "hidden treasure" of Strato! Also their darkest alb...

Ok guys, there is some "fun" in such lives, but the real "FUN" happens at thrash lives! I still remember the Anthrax show at Rockwave Festival in 2005!

Re: Iced Earth

Night Of The Stormrider is their best effort. Easily. The riff towards the end of Travel In Stygian is as vicious as any death metal riff I've heard. Truly outstanding album. Night of the Stormrider is a brilliant album. But I think that the peak of their career is the "Burnt Offerings" album and t...

But Ripper Owens is the worst thing that could have happened to this band. He is one of the worst singers in my opinion, and sounds fucking horrible live. Ok, it's your opinion. But both Dance Of Death and AMOLAD are in the mood of Brave New World. You know, prog elements, big song duration..

Burnt Offerings
Night Of The Stormrider
S/T

These are the top Iced Earth albums to me.

The Dark Saga, Something Wicked This Way Comes, quite good albums.

Horrow Show, awful.

The Glorious Burden, I like it more than the previous one but again nothing special.

Re: Most liked thrash bands

I've listened a couple of Agent Steel's songs and it doesn't sound too thrash to me. In any case, I like them too. It matters to what have you heard. The 80's albums (Skeptics Apocalypse, Unstoppable Force) can be considered as speed metal with thrash influences and their recent albums as US power ...
