Neutral, for me, but I certainly don't hate it. Maybe because I have Winter Skies, my least favorite Stratovarius song ever, to compare it to.

I didn't feel any emotion in any of the guitar solos on the album, and didn't find any of them very impressive. Not to say they're bad, but I didn't enjoy Matias's solos that much.

I think Kotipelto hasn't sounded this good since Serenity came out. Unfortunately, the music itself is just bland power metal. That's okay, though, since that's not really any different than most of Sonata Arctica's stuff.

I don't think there's another song I like enough from Polaris that I'd want a video from it. If they made Winter Skies into a music video, I'd murder everyone involved.

I just remember Jari stating how much he hated working with Tolkki, not the other band members. But the whole story isn't fleshed out, so I have no idea.

Plus, I doubt he really remembers the songs all that well, anyways.

It's the hardest song for Timo to play live, and it shows a little bit at the beginning, but he definitely gets a ton better later on.

Polaris only has a couple of songs I like. The rest, at least to me, is atrocious to listen to. Winter Skies, Blind, and King of Nothing are some of my least favorite Stratovarius songs.
