I think the Elements albums are very good produced strato albums 8)
Elements Pt.I was just pretty new stuff at this time.
The Elements albums are different from the others,
But they are in any case Strato Standart.

Elements Pt.I is IMO one of the best Strato-Albums :)

Yes, they are! In fact, I think both Elements albums are the deepest, finest, most varied stratostuff ever published. Great albums, great songs.. hell, even great cover art. :D

elements pt1 is a very progressive album. i think there aren't lots of power metal bands which need a real orchestra, most of the gothic bands are using orchestral parts, like nightwish or within temptation..

I think they are every bit as good, and there are some FANTASTIC sings on them, Soul of a Vagabond, Dreamweaver, Elements, Awaken the Giant, Season of Faith's Perfection (such a beautiful song!) etc...

But, I don't love the old stuff any less.

They are not my fav StratoAlbums, but they are very good&I like E2 very much! SOAV&Elements songs were outstanding on E1.
I wonder what direction the new album will take?

Both Elements albums were definitely what you'd expect of Strato. They're just a bit different then the other albums, coz they tried to do some new stuff on it. But that doesn't make them bad or non-Strato standard.

They're not my favorite albums, but there are a lot of good songs on both (SOAV, IWTMOS, etc.), so I'd say a succesful experiment.

THey are certainly not inferior - different yes, but just as well constructed and played.

They were the albums that got me into stratovarius in the first place.

They are fine, but not even close to 4th Dimension, Episode, Visions and Destiny.

I percieve them as a natural continuation of their works.

I really do like the progressive stuff found in Elements, and in between them those faster rock'n'roll songs are soooooooooooo refreshing! Anyhow, I seem to be stupid enough not to be able to find where to answer the poll... Sheit!

Found it, needed to log in first...

Hello!!
Elements Pt. 1 and 2 is of course in standar. And it isn't bad that they have some new style because all band must do something with there music, because it had been boring if no one had done. And that's why pop-band only are pop for a week or two for it is the same that every thing else.

I was torn here, because I don`t like Elements p1, but I like Elements p2, except for "Alpha and Omega" and "Know the difference", but I voted no, because I wanna Strato to become more like Visions or Episode again.

Yes, I really like Elements Albums, but I want to see Strato like Fourth Dimension very instrumental.

I can't really vote here because I do applaud Elements pt.1 but am not impressed with pt.2. Poll needs a third entry.

Of couse they're up to Strato. Standards. Strato. released these cds didn't they ? :P Now if the question were "Are the Elements the best Strato. albums?", then I would have to say no.
