Next Tour

I understand if people are curious about the details! I know some of the US gigs have been announced by the venues themselves already. No real harm in that, they want to sell tickets, and we want them to sell tickets too.

I do have to say something else: if the interest in the US is any indication, this will be a hell of a long and successful tour!

The general idea (well... fuck.. "policy" is simply too silly a word) will be that we will "officially announce" the dates for each "leg" when ALL the dates of that leg are confirmed to our satisfaction. I hope you all realize it's still very early as the first dates will be in September.

Last of all, if you live in Europe you should go to see Kotipelto this month!
Jens.

COOL 8) Thanks for the update Jens! It's nice to hear a message directly from the official source! I like how there are already two dates scheduled for California :P and HELL YEAH, I'm excited! I'll still wait until the official dates are confirmed because I was really disappointed when I got tickets for the Nightwish/Sonata Arctica show in L.A. and then it got cancelled. Do you guys know or have an idea of who you're going to tour with? That would be nice to know.

BTW Jens, I got Benny Jansson's cd "Save the World" recently and your keys on there kick ass! I like "Angry Ant" and "No Brain" the best! I don't know if you've read my PM, but your one of my favorite musicians, possibly my all time favorite! Your solos make me feel like I'm on top of the world! Thanks Jens! Much love to you!

Will the supporting bands be announced "officially" at the same time as the tour dates or can that be announced earlier?

Yes but I also saw that they play with them too here in Quebec, Canada.
See this:

At the bottom of the page, you can see that Into Eternity is announced with them! ;)
