So choose your favourite Stratovarius song which is not done by Timo Tolkki. We all know that he is the boss of the band and he has write almost every strato song, expect few. Yeah I know that other guys have done lots of lyrics and supporting for some songs, but this time we're talking about songs which other band members are done without "Tolkki" name on song credits.
My favourite non-Tolkki song is "Why Are We Here" by Jens. It has some magical feeling...

Äh, difficult choice, they are all good (not excellent though) songs except Run Away :puke:. But maybe What Can I Say? as it´s a nice beautiful ballad. Glory of the World would´ve been also a good alternative as Jens playes incredible solos on that song.

That's hard. I almost chose Uncertainty, but went for Keep the Flame in the end.

Keep the Flame is one of my favs by Koti, too.
I used to think Dream with Me was a beautiful love song until I heard the story behind it---its a song about strong, loyal friendship....well, thats a beautiful type of love, too. Anyway, I have always liked the lyrics&the music of the song.

"Keep The Flame" is my fav.
Toutes choses étant égales, par ailleurs, la solution la plus simple est toujours la meilleure.

I voted for Glory of the World. The begining reminds me a bit to WtSR, but it's faster. \m/

I'm also with the Glory of the World people! Easily best song from Infinite!

What Can I Say is the most perfect one from all of those. Great lyrics, great voice style, great melody, etc, etc. It is so full of feelings you will be able to listen to it 200 times and still get the good vibes of it.
Keep The Flame is one song I like to but somehow it reminds me of singing lessons in the piano... . You'll perceive it if you try listen to it singing, specially in teh high notes...

And Curtains are Falling was the second for me too. Keep the Flame was the third.

Very good situation on the poll right now. The two really best ones are leading, and the most awful one has still no votes. Time for some beer...

Everything Jens touches turns to gold. First, the fav StratoMember poll--now, the best non-TT song poll.Beast_Pete wrote:Glory of the World took the lead.

What other Polls can we ask about?

Yeah. No matter as everyone has his/her own opinions. Unfortunately for me it´s one of the worst Strato-songs ever.stratoplayer wrote: Are you talking about Run Away? I actually liked that song...

One more for Curtains are Falling.

My vote goes for What Can I Say? from TK.
I also like Ride Like The Wind from Jens and another song which is not there but it is Dream With Me from TK too.

Re: Your favourite non-Tolkki Stratovarius song
Where are all the votes for Why Are We Here?
It's one of the greatest songs from Stratovarius. Atmosphere is great, keyboards are fantastic and Koti's performance is great. Rhytm is wonderful and even solos are cool. I still wonder why this is a bonus track, this (and What Can I Say & especially It's A Mystery) could easily replace some Infinite's songs, like Millenium, Glory of the World, Celestial Dream.
Only song that I dislike from Jens is Glory of the World.
Run Away is actually quite cool song, better than most songs from Elements album. Ride Like the Wind is also the best song from weak Elements pt.2. GREAT fast song from Jens!

What Can I Say? and Keep the flame are very good songs. But I think that What Can I Say? is a little better.

Uncertainty. First I didn't like this song but when I felt "uncertain" it was like reading the bible..
