I'll probably have to wait a couple weeks to buy mine, my financial situation is so crazy right now I don't know what's going on from one day to the next. Everything will be straightening out soon enough, but I'll feel better about buying tickets once "real life" stuff calms down enough.

I´m sorry to myself sounding a bit like Besserwisser* but you Dave could have read first STRATOPHILIUS´s post on the previous page. He has linked all those gigs already there.

I'll be there. :D

I was the envy of all my friends in the D.R., because they have never toured over there. I will wait like two months until it is confirmed and will buy the tickets, even though they put it on their tour list. Until then see ya folks :D

Now for the next most important question..... who are the "Special Guests"? It's a short North American swing so who knows!? Here's to hoping for Sonata Arctica.... :)

Am I the only one who would rather see anyone open for Strato *but* Sonata Arctica?

Nope...do not feel alone in this fight.

You would be totally annoyed to see Strato after a Sonata gig. 8) ah, SHAAMAN (aka SHAAME) too.

Yes, possibly that or lots of coffee.

Even so, they can't hold a candle to Strato. You can quote me on that.

CottonCandy was on a break, I guess. ???

Thunderstone could be the special guest, and, yes, Nightwish. But, I guess it is a surprise, and should be regarded as such. Right? ???

Näh, IMO Strato doesn´t deserve having Thunderstone as the guest or the support anymore...

Äh, at least it´s just my opinion, I simply cannot stand those suckers calling themselves Thunderstone anymore.

Although have to mention that both Timos has their old friens on the band.

Nightwish is a headliner. They wouldn't be a "special guest". Thunderstone will be at ProgPower VII on Sept. 16th. Since, so far, Strato has no North American dates until Sept. 27th, that would be a long time for them to hang around waiting. But maybe if earlier dates are scheduled that could happen. How about Lordi? jk.

FINALLY bought my Strato tickets this morning! :rvd:

Now comes the anxiety of waiting those few days for the tickets to arrive in the mail.

See you all in Hollywood!

By the way Strato guys, my offer from last year still stands...I'll buy you all a drink if you see me! :D

Congrats, girl! Glad you finally ordered your ticket! I'm seeing them in NYC Oct. 2nd. Can't wait! When is your date? (yes, I am too lazy to look at tour page. :D ) Wish I could join you in Hollywood. Haven't been to California since the early 80's. We really have to meet up for a show sometime.

Yeah, that would be awesome!

The Hollywood show is October 4th, the day before my birthday! It has been great to have two birthdays in a row filled with Strato concerts!

Btw, did you get my e-mail?

There are a lot of shows I've been to and ones I'm gonna attend soon (see sig), but this Strato gig is one that I always think about. I hope they change their setlist a little bit this time. RAWK

OT: Yes. Guess you didn't get mine? Dave was looking into it and going to e-mail you. Give him a little time. He's majorly stressed.

Back on track:
I saw two gigs in the US with the same set list, but the one at MTR was somewhat different.
It really would be exciting to see if any new songs get worked in, but it's debatable if they have time to get any ready.
