Need help in regards to ordering Polaris

So I've been pretty slow to the chase here, but I'm in the states, and I want to order the Signed Limited Edition 7" Vinyl with the CD.


I'm looking at Tower Music, and there is a CD+ 7" Vinyl, and a Special Edition CD (Separate items). Last night I found a link to an import of the signed vinyl somewhere, but I can't find it now. I'd prefer to find a states side retailer so I don't have to pay import shipping, but if I have to pay import shipping, I will.

Please provide proper explanation and or links

Also, what does the 7" Vinyl include on it? Does it have the entire album? Or just selected songs?
