Russian record companys publishing Stratovarius

I found these record companies when browsing in eBay:
"IROND" and "Soyz Group"
They both publish Stratovarius records under labels of Sanctuary, or Sanctuary/T&T.
IROND has good homepage, a large articel in Wikipedia etc. but I can't find any info about "Soyz Group".
Does anyone have any info about this company, or is it just a "bootleg company"?

I'm pretty sure it is a bootleg company since Sanctuary isn't really known for giving away their rights to publish material of their artists.
