Dreamspace vinyl version

I got a vinyl version of Dreamspace today, and it only has 8 songs, 4 in each side. Does anyone know reason for this?

because vinyl cant hold as much as a CD. Vinyl can only hold (a Vinyl EP that is) 20 to 30 mins of audio.

Included are first eight songs, except no.5 "Magic Carpet Ride":

Side A:

Dreamspace 1996 Japan Mini-LP (VICP-5702) has the same artwork design with the original vinyl, but it actually contains all complete 15 songs (14 songs + 1 bonus track). Why? Because Mini-LP is CD media. :D
