Hi, I'm a Mod from Sonata Arctica Official Forum, and this is a list topic so it's against the rules, I'm gonna have to close it.......
I started a topic like this one there, and they closed it saying that... how riddiculous.

I've heard that posting on the SA forum is not unlike living in North Korea.

Some additions to my collection:
Testpressings of "Infinite, A Million Lightyears Away and It's a Mystery"
Numbered limited editions of Elements Pt. 1 and 2 and french shaped version of Eagleheart
And the four flags of Stratovarius I have managed to find so far. Does anyone know if more excist?
Maniac Dance
Destiny and the Band (with my niece between them)
The Coronality
And a nice watch I found in internet and I just had to get it

Re: What Stratovarius albums do you own?
what I supposed. I know in Japan use to sell cdrom as full price cd. I really don't like that at all. I could buy them if they were factory press, but they aren't. I have a lot of bootleg in cdrom format by trading.VictorTDD wrote:This one is not factory pressed CD, it's burnt CD-R.Tero-75 wrote:Sunshine in Your Eyes (4cds)

Re: What Stratovarius albums do you own?
No, CD-R is short for CD-Recordable.
CD-ROMs are different from CD-Rs. CD-ROMs are factory-pressed while CD-Rs are used to burn data or audio in CD/DVD writers.
About bootleg, actually many bootlegs in Japan are burnt CD-Rs.

When tour 2003, they used to play a medley of a couple of songs from Strato's first 3 albums, the songs are Fright Night / The Hands Of Time / We Are The Future / Dreamspace / Tears Of Ice / We Hold The Key.

yes I have many bootleg of that tour and I also saw the gig in Milan, but I don't like so much medleys, I prefer single songs.VictorTDD wrote:I like this Dreamspace version, too.StratoFabio wrote:yeah it's a great set list with unusual tracks and I love so much Kotipelto's Dreamspace version.

Maybe in the future they will play these old songs one by one. I personally don't dislike medleys, they are interesting.StratoFabio wrote:yes I have many bootleg of that tour and I also saw the gig in Milan, but I don't like so much medleys, I prefer single songs.
Re: What Stratovarius albums do you own?

Actually with too little money (or too many hobbies: three cars, a motorcycle, going to live concerts etc)palarmux wrote:With too much moneylife-l wrote:Tero-75, you are lucky! You have to hire cool security!

There are many versions I'm still missing simply because lack of money: Japanese, Taiwan, Korean, South American, Noise etc. But they are most quite easily available. Therefore I have tried to consentrate on those more rear versions.
A week ago I lost an auction for Twiligh Time vinyl version in eBay. The price went up to 203$ It's the only vinyl I'm missing from Stratovarius...
Another guy was selling Fright Night vinyl version test pressing/promo sheet for 225$...
Re: What Stratovarius albums do you own?
Could you answer for my queston about that wallflag? Where did you got that wallfrag which are band members in it? Looks like it is in destiny times, not sure? I haven't ever seen that before
Re: What Stratovarius albums do you own?
I found it from Finnish auction site called Huuto.net, costed only few euros. It's also printed in 1998 as is Destiny flag.palarmux wrote:Could you answer for my queston about that wallflag? No Stratovarius flags are available on that site at the moment
