At the contrary. Imo it's totally interesting to discuss which album you like better, why you do so and which is the best one in your opinion. But I wanted to point out that the fact that Polaris is written by someone else shouldn't be used as an argument to deny its right to be compared - and preferred - to the other albums (not that anyone obviously did).

Btw wanna know why I hesitated to contribute something during the last months? Because I've been following the board (or at least this band related section) for half a year now and STILL can't make out if you guys are making fun or if you're talking seriously. Your last sentence is a good example, I don't have a clue what you want to tell me
Icecar is the forum's resident opinion police.
Sorry, but why you guys and girls always call him icecar? How difficult it is to write his name right?
It's like asking why some people spell it 'honour' and some 'honor'.

It's just the way it is, man.

It's different thing, because "honour" and "honor" are synonyms, but icecar and icecab are not.

FINALLY a discussion that's worth it...

Let's go and make a clear differentiation between both words:

CAB
Noun
* S: (n) cab (a compartment at the front of a motor vehicle or locomotive where driver sits)
* S: (n) cab, cabriolet (small two-wheeled horse-drawn carriage; with two seats and a folding hood)
* S: (n) cab, hack, taxi, taxicab (a car driven by a person whose job is to take passengers where they want to go in exchange for money)

Verb
* S: (v) taxi, cab (ride in a taxicab)

CAR
Noun
* S: (n) car, auto, automobile, machine, motorcar (a motor vehicle with four wheels; usually propelled by an internal combustion engine) "he needs a car to get to work"
* S: (n) car, railcar, railway car, railroad car (a wheeled vehicle adapted to the rails of railroad) "three cars had jumped the rails"
* S: (n) car, gondola (the compartment that is suspended from an airship and that carries personnel and the cargo and the power plant)
* S: (n) car, elevator car (where passengers ride up and down) "the car was on the top floor"
* S: (n) cable car, car (a conveyance for passengers or freight on a cable railway) "they took a cable car to the top of the mountain"

As you can see, both things are completely different. So you guys make a tremendous error when using both terms interchanged. You should feel ashamed: The first term... CAB can be used as a verb too...

Well that's true, but if I remember right, cab was also a monster in some MMORPG game.

Oh dear, oh dear! I feel some sort of guilt. It started once upon a time, when we both were 21, and since we are born on the same day, on the same year we share our timetable, or something like that. I am sorry, but I got the impression that you, like me,wanted life to vary a bit, and I would only help you with that.

One letter can mean so much and change everything, and "honestly" speaking, wasn't you rather tired of "b" in cab. And you never complained, so I believed that you were only grateful, when I now and then changed it.

But, but ,if you now feel "dishonoured" I will of course give you my most sincere apology. But as I see it, you can talk for yourself and there is no reason for Babyberian to put his Finnish Forumpolicenose in this...
