Judging by that tail, the fucker sure was something other than a mouse. A Rattus Norwegicus, I'd guess.

I think it's a filigree Siberian hamster.

oh...
he died
judging his expression, probably an overdose of Jörg double bass. He is carrying to his grave what we all would have liked to hear these days!
This album may become a nice Requiem for him.
judging his expression again, koti must be saying 'sleep well'
:)

Oh, "gate theory" in practice. It all starts with the innocent killing of rodents, but then one day the rodents are not enough. You move on to small predators...

By the way, have you considered that the Ghost of the Rodent will now haunt the rest of your sessions?

Huh? Dead already? ???
In that pic it does not look like a mouse. Mice are not bicolored/two-toned. Mice are solid grayish color but some do have a lighter color underbelly.
What was that rodent, really?

One more suggestion if you have another infestion. Peppermint oil on cotton balls will repel them, too. For some reason, mice hate the smell of it.
Us people who live in rural areas have to contend with these cute, but annoying pests quite a bit, so we have to come up with solutions to deal with the little fuckers!

One more thing. These little furry things will go so far as to get in bed with you. So, watch out!
I'm not joking.

its a hamster, although with the hilarius way that Stratowarius talks, that take works as well.

garlic and crosses and a stake(or steak if you want to feed it or jsut have some great food yourself) should help repel the vampire mouse, just make sure the vampire bunny does not take revenge

My sister just told me that hamsters don't have a tail... :?
She thinks it's a mouse (not a rat).

here is a tale of a hamster

http://www.answers.com/topic/mouse-like-hamster

The mouse-like hamsters are not true hamsters, but represent an early split from the rest of the mouse-like rodents. They were once thought to be hamsters based on the shape of their molars, but they lack the cheek pouches, sebaceous flank glands, and short tail of the true hamsters. The closest relatives of mouse-like hamsters may be the fossil Cricetodontidae. Because of their seemingly early break from the rest of the mouse-like rodents, mouse-like hamsters have been placed in a family of their own, Calomyscidae, and have been referred to as living fossils.

i guess they are false hamsters that pray to the false gods

According to Wikipedia, "Mouse-like hamsters are a group of small rodents found in Syria, Azerbaijan, Iran, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan."

Somehow I don't think that's where Jens, Jörg and the guys are... But whatever. This is still one the best discussions on a metal site. Ever.

well they had a finish mouse named micky to deal with, and mice , while adorable, can be more deadly than adorable hamtsters. i think helloween has a song for this

There are some fellows soft and mellow
Sitting in the field and play like hell
No one knows the way it goes
But all the songs they play they sound so well

Tonight we go to see the Heavy Metal Hamsters
It must feel nice to be a Heavy Metal Hamster
Nothing sets you free like our Heavy Metal Hamsters

A 20th century Fox came by
A gold tipped cigarette high in his jaws
contracts, PDs, Nose-Bags, TV-shows
And everything with no remorse

Things are settled now for our Heavy Metal Hamsters
Fame up to your brows, oh Heavy Metal Hamster
A previously unknown lifestyle Heavy Metal Hamster

The sweet taste of success is strong
And everything inside goes wrong you see
With coloured furs, sunglasses
Tons of nuts to eat, they don´t feel free

What is wrong with our Heavy Metal Hamster?
Look what they have done our Heavy Metal Hamsters
Where is the field to run for our Heavy Metal Hamsters
Some things are left undone for our Heavy Metal Hamsters

Stratomouse Biography
Dunno.
