If you care for future reference this is what you need to digitize records using a standard record player: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6882339107 (although a standalone player with usb output is only about $85 anyway)

Usually I have this cable running from my computer's line out to my stereo's auxillary connection (to play music from computer on nice speakers). In this case it's reversed with the RCA plugs on the Tape Deck 1 output connection going into computer line in. Or if I had the right cable I could have just run it back from the stereo to the computer again without having to spend 15 minutes rearranging the cables

No, and there won't be (from me anyway). But there are numerous programs that allow you to extract audio from youtube videos. (Also, I think Windows Live Movie Maker might resample the audio as it sometimes generates .wmv files that are smaller than the source files, which doesn't matter for youtube but might affect when listening closely).

OK, I'm now waiting to listen to "Hallowed"; and after listening to "Last Shore", I had this strange feeling the song should have been a bonus track from Dreamspace: The atmosphere and sound totally fits that period of the band. I don't know what you think, I liked it because I never thought the band could "copy" that sound again

EDIT: Just heard "Hallowed", and it's very similar to "Last Shore". Don't know what to say, I like them but it's clear why they aren't at the official release

Its going need a few more listens for me..... I think the song structure is very interesting but didnt grab me right away. I will keep playing and see how they grow on me..... Other than that I am excited about Castaway . The chorus is amazing and fits the album well...... I ordered both the regular jewel case and collectors edition Friday. Then last night traveled to specialty record store and to my surprise they had in stock already ( IN THE USA ) WOW! So I bought another copy---just couldn'ty wait!

True, those are really good songs, But it's clear it's better to have these songs as a bonus. I like more Hallowed than Last Shore. It's cool to have more material!
