When listening babylon i get some weird vibes. That melody is so awfull. It´s as bad as stratos fullmoon.

Know the Difference is horrible too. Man, this song sucks! Lyrics, melodies and Kotipelto's voice are even constraining. Fullmoon is better than this song to me.

Full Moon is horrible, but I like 0303066--its got a nice beat. SOAV and Elements were the only songs I really liked on E1. Thin Ice is weird sounding--that guitar effect is annoying--like rubbing your nails on a blackboard.:shud:

What I tried to write, but failed due to I had to leave and, therefore, I wrote quickly, was that in art (music, drawing, sculpture, etc) you can't say "it sucks" or "it's good" because what we perceive when listening a song (for example) is whether we like it or not. Thus, we can only state we like a song or not, but not about if the song is good itself or not.

I hope it's clearer than before, now. I know it's a bit complicated, but try to understand me and respect, a bit, art.

IMHO full moon is the only (in some ways) sucky stratovarius song, all the others strike me as excellent pieces of metal musicianship and songwriting.
But as they say: the exception verifies the rule. Or something distantly similiar. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to english proverbs.

EDIT: Having now listened to Full Moon a couple of extra times over, I've actually began to like it quite a lot.
It's got some really strange vibes with the unusual instruments, vocals and all that, but I find the song very intriguing.
So.. there goes the very last "bad" stratotune for my part.

And i just realised that Elements 1 could be one of my 3 fav. strato albums if it had Alpha and Omega instead of Eagleheart... it would fit much better to the albums atmosphere.. and Eaglehart is as boring *cough* as the other E2 songs... well, bad luck

Today I got The Chosen Ones, and I don't think that Full Moon deserve such topic, if only such classifcation has a sense. It sounds quite original. I wonder when they recorded it? It is like a jewel on this CD, because releasing compilation only with songs that are known is also rather pointless.
