Good interview. Short, but at least we have an estimated release date for the album and how they felt at this "new" beginning.

Yeah good interview and all.

It was nice having some words about Polaris Live.

Why does the interviewer think its a cash grab, to release the first live album in 13 years? That comment rubbed my haunches the wrong way. And trust me, I am VERY sensitive. :eyes

 If you ever get your postcount up this could get confusing really fast. But I don't really mind though. Your posts seem to be best of A9 rerun. I guess I am flattered.

Sorry to have rubbed your haunches at all , but the "cash grab" comment had NOTHING to do with the live album aspect of the release. It has to do with issuing it attached to a re-release of an album only a year old. Trust me, in this business we call that line of thinking a cash grab.

That said, Stratovarius did something rare and respectable by releasing a quality "bootleg" in Polaris Live. It's an excellent package, one worth buying, which can't be said for 95% of similar "special edition" releases.

Hats off to them for a job well done.

Onward :)

Do you remember the glory days of the A-family? "The Days of A's"? 8)

You live up to your name, my friend. :)
PS: No worries about the haunches. I actually enjoyed it. But please use oil next time!

Jaja! It feels like yesterday! Wasn't it the day before yesterday I went to Seattle and you had moved away. The brown box was very empty and all the Dialup Modems were very homeless. I almost wrote a sad poem about it...i have it in some drawer. I miss you too of course. :luv1:

I really think that the next album will be better. I am kind of dissapointed with Polaris, even if it is quite good.

 I hope there is no sound in the earphones! Otherwise it is animal-cruelty in highest potens. At least if they are playing something about musical hills. BRRRR
