From 4:50 to 5:18
I don't believe it at least he could copy Hands of Time or Playing with Fire that are not as popular as Black Diamond.
What a shame, too Malmsteen has copied the chorus of The Ancinet Fires of Har-Kuun of Rhapsody of Fire, always in Into Valhalla the copy and paste song.
I'm a great fan of a Malmsteen and i prefer Malmsteen to Stratovarius, but this is a shame!

Black diamond is a basic finger exercise, hardly anything original. Just generic baroque finger exercise. Malmsteen does not even follow the chord progression that black diamond does the finger exercise over. The second part of the phrase is completely different as well.

let me guess bach stole from black diamond as well

It sounds similar, not saying Yngwie "stole" it, but it may be considered pure coincidence. Besides, I don't think he needs to stole anything from nobody :)

Some power metal bands uses arrangements originally made by classic music composer...So they actually stole it all :D!

It's rather taken from Toccata&Fugue in D minor, especially Fugue by Bach.

Bach and Vivaldi are the main influences in a huge part of power metal

I totally agree 100% with you.

In addition, Yngwie always use those notes one song (among a lot) is this... Minute mark 1.40

Well, I'd say that more than Black Diamond, the particular 4:50 - 5:18 part modifies the main finger exercise melody of this, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9XlNbQv_Rg4. I don't even know from which work it is originally; I take from one of Salieri's. :)

<e> lol, It's from Bach's Toccata and Fugue after all. :|

It's a common finger exercise from most keyboardist, nothing really special and original if you ask me. Besides, I don't think Yngwie had any intention of "copy" this, it was a coincidence :)

Andall his stuff has always been very neoclassical, so that the classical influences really show. It would be nice to see some results of a research which shows whatever Yngwie has plagiarized or loaned, whether by accident or not. I think there might be hundreds of compositions involved. :)
