I second that Susie! This song becomes more and more clear for me that this album maybe one of the best if not the best Stratovarius album ( in my opinion ). I have not been this excited for an album from them since Infinite!

Event Horizon is my fifth favourite song of Stratovarius
He is dopo Black Diamond, Destiny, Winter Skies and Infinity, my favourite song.
When I played the keyboard solo I have ejaculating with brain!
Is a neoclassical perfect song, Paganini' s influence is very strong and the final countdown with the powerful riff makes teh song very charismatic!
The voice of Koti that sing on harmonic minor scale is perfect, is even better to Infernal Maze!
And Infernal Maze has powerful, acute and speed vocals.

One word for that Event Horizon has already heard the mysterious darkness found in Polaris with the neoclassical art sound: awesome.
Event Horizon will be the new classic of the band.
I hope that Strato paly this song in Rome, i will do a neverending headbanging to break my neck!
Great Stratovarius, some little defects that was in Visions or in Destiny, like choruses too carefree and slightly banal are died when Strato release Polaris, that is with Wrath of Lamb of God and Black Clouds and Silver Linings the masterpiece of the year.

I love this song even more than Darkest Hours & Infernal Gays. It has melody, power, and one of the best solo sections from Stratovarius, period! Elysium will clearly go above and beyond Polaris in every way. :w00t: :uzi:

Thanks TheLegendaryDreamer for the lyrics. From what I can predict, "Event Horizon" and "Elysium" are somehow releated: They are both the last 2 tracks of the album, and that final countdown from EH shows that the ship is arriving to Elysium (or something similar). Still, we won't know anything until we listen the whole record
