You have to buy the Japan edition to get Castaway.
You have to buy Collector's edition to get Last Shore and Hallowed.
You have to buy either the Collector's edition or the limited 2CD edition to get the demo tracks.

I received it today \o/
7" bonus tracks on a cool clear vinyl. Will try to hook up my player a little later. Collector edition only includes the demos as mp3s though, that kinda sucks.
Edit: Got it hooked up, but the 7" on, was listening for like a minute thinking "who the hell is this deep voiced guy" had it on the wrong speed
