Matias is playing as one of the guests in the debut album of a Finnish band of Tiluland.
Check out the album teaser:

The music is just crazy instrumental power metal.

Warmen and now Tiluland, both instrumental bands...And yet no instrumental song from the new line-up of Strato, how ironic is that

?

Just ordered this on impulse, when you actually go to check out the cost for the CD itself is only 8,13€ + 3,70€ to ship to USA.

Well they have a bit of sample on front page, like Strato official youtube teaser a bit from each song. Don't think this album is known enough to appear for DL anywhere to test

For some reason, Finland has a striking number of experts in this field. Arwen mukaan suomalaisuus on myös Tilulandille tärkeä asia. Arwen the Finnishness Tilulandille is also an important issue.
Yes, Finland is shockingly loud guitarists. Kupiainen, inter alia, that is quite a wizard. Here comes a lot of talented musicians who know how to nakittaa style, to develop their own stories and write good songs. It may be that many are also so self-critical, do not show up, the ropes before you really know how.
Very bad google translation that
mentions Matias

Actually, back in 1997 I "bought blind on impulse" the new album of an unknown band from Finland only because I liked the cover art featuring two hands over the planet trying to catch a rainbow crossed by a comet, and 'cause I remembered while looking at the band's name having read a good review of a previous album in a Metal Hammer magazine a couple of years before.
Not even a pre-listen in the store
(for those who don't remember, Internet was different, I guess not even mp3 files were available at that time), not even good comments from a friend (
nobody I knew have ever heard about that band). Just a good feeling about it.
It was my best taken risk ever

When the risk is taken against a band named "Stratovarius", you're just a regular buyier with a hell of a luck

! You just could pre-sense it was going to be good with such an artwork; and you're right, at the time the only think computers had were midi files that were heavier than anything

!
