You could probably download it with a US proxy if you're in another country. I'm not sure how they have the downloads setup though.

Hello, SIR. Try out Amazon mechanical turk and microworkers. I've gotten over $100 from working at microworkers for just sitting around and signing up for things and clicking ads. EASY PEASY JAPANESEY! Of course you could scam some people for easy $$$$ too. I KNOW you are that type of guy.
