And from that list Elysium is the first number 1 since Destiny.....Thats saying something! All the haters can keep on hating but this the evolution that they needed and in black and white it has been proven.....!

Exactly! There's a logical evolution of the band, an evolution that was not possible since elements and wouldn't be possible without these changes thanks to Matias, Lauri and the new interaction from the others.
Not just because of this nr 1, because if you see the whole internet, Polaris was a bit "yeah, a good album but could be better". Elysium is like: "shit! they did it again!".

The album totally are rocking my mind! \o/
Great songs at all, I'll talk about the last one too, 18 minutes of pure prog rock (metal), I don't know why but it's remembering the 80's song, but in a new so fucking good model!
Thank you guys for the great album!
Strato the Rock or Rock the Metal?! Metal Anyway!

Bought the Elysium Digipack version last Friday, so my action will add the Finnish charts on the second week.
Also, I heard a commecial on radio while I was driving to the city (just after they played a live version of "Black Diamond") so, it does look like the record company is actually pushing "Elysium", at least in Finland. Well deserved #1 charts spot, the CD is outstanding

This tells everything. Finnish people have trust in the band again. Really great job, and it's a good feeling to see Matias in Stratovarius.
