I'm talking about the actual band line-up.

Jens Johansson
Jörg Michael
Lauri Porra
Matias Kupiainen

Do you think they will be togheter 5 years, maybe 10 years...more??? 3 Albums, 4-5 albums with this «new» line-up??

I sure hope so.

I believe the longer a band stays togheter the stronger they become. Any thoughts or comments?

it depends of many factors, the albums doing well in the charts, chemistry in the band, and others musical interest not being in the way of the band. so far it seems it going to last.

but there is also a big word that will increase its power in the years to come.

By judging the band, music and chemistry now, seems clear it will last a lot. If there's a time since Infinite era where you can see the band with future, is now.

And I don't want a reunion now, cmon...a reunion with TT? They were almost killing each other. The future of this band is Matias, Jens, Kotipelto and Lauri , not TT.

that means that maybe in a distant future if things go wrong for both strato and TT (already going wrong for him sadly) that reunion thing may happen as we already know (and promoters and labels and so on too) that strato reunion( and im including Jari K) will pop up some nice cash and hell it would make me so happy.

No seriously, I totally can't see a reunion in the next years, and I wouldn't see a point in it either. The current lineup is awesome and works, so why taking a step back? What would come out of a reunion would be some pieces of music which sound exactly the same like the past 15 years, but without any kind of evolution or diversification. Maybe they are all able to forgive each other enough to reunite for some live shows when a few more years have passed by, and I'd be glad about it, but now I really don't want to hear about things like that.

Matias & TK collaboration turned out quite well this time, and I'm sure there's more to expect in the next years cause Matias seems still fresh and full of energy and inspiration. Jens has more to offer than we saw on Elysium, and Lauri never gets out of ideas, so to me there's enough potential for quite some more albums.
At least I hope so.

Matias has brought life again to this band.

Bringing Tolkki back would kill the band. Again.

I personally think that this will be the last lineup change and that the band we have now is the band we will have for the rest of the time.

I think, one day, Jens will eat Lauri, Jorg and Kotipelto in a shrimp salad just for Tolkki to come and eat Jens the next day to finally claim the absolute ownership of the band "Stratovarius" forever and ever.
