Fright Night album rights

Hello guys!!!! im really interesting to know what happened with this album, you know not song of this in the "chosen ones" compilation because the rights, and this days its very difficult to find with a normal price, i got one copy on Amazon but a very high price.....all the rest album are re editing with the past of the years but this one not
