Linked the demo version, because it's the superior version both lyrically and because the song really doesn't fit Tobias Sammet's voice.

I would really recommend this being moved to 'Various Threads Hidden from Google'

Yeah, that's why I said 'not stolen' and that they just share similarities. If the entire song was more similar to the source, then I guess you could call it a ripoff in a sense.
