that is a very good question! and way to complex to really delivery a brief response, so by all means take this just as a reference, and check out copyright/legal music affairs online, like ASCAP and so on, they probably have everything on their site.

so, on the legal aspect, things that are copyrighted and are not yours to share


Copyright in the music compositions and lyrics (often controlled by the publisher or sometimes the artist)
Copyright in the performance (often controlled by the label)
Trademarks of the band, club or venue
Band’s right of publicity
Contractual rights granting you the privilege to attend the performance (often on the ticket stub, or posted signs at the venue, or the terms and conditions of a website)
License granted by ASCAP or other rights manager to the club or venue for the performance.

but also, some bands and publishing doesnt mind any of this and let things slide...of course some other (namely kiss) hate this stuff and will probably take your video down.
