Tolkki...I made this topic to apologize you for what I wrote in the beggining of this whole sittuation. I would like to say that now that you are in your own mind, I'll support you in your decisions and I hope Stratovarius don't die!!!
I loved this band and as you said, Stratovarius is Kotipelto, Tolkki, Jari, Johansson and Jorg and this always will be the best line up in the whole history!!!
I'm so sorry for Katriina and I really think that she'll have a great future like a singer.
This post is getting too big, so I'll say good bye to all of you guys with a little part of a Strato song.

The only thing we can do is to give our support to both Timos . They are peple and they may solve the problem or to not solve but we shouldn't pressuring them with post or mails any more .

It's quite late for you all to apologize for what you wrote. I think you'd better learn the lesson well now... Respect people that you see as friends and as good people, like Stratovarius. Everything has its reason! I never liked that much the idea of a woman singing but I accepted it! If she was not worth it Tolkki would replace her. Al the people that started saying "fuck, she's a bitch!" and now come here to apologize... they should not! They simply should ask themselves where is their sense of respect gone? Did they learn something from the whole thing?

If tomorrow Tolkki will say that he finally saw the light and MissK is the light, then... fine, maybe he has some mental problems and he needs our support... We can agree or disagree, but we can't loose our sense of respect!

I think it was cool that he was considering a female singer. Most bands would put any demo tape sent by a woman, in the bin without even listening. Well, they might have looked at the photos before putting in the bin (which is worse?)

All the chauvinists are coming out of the woodwork now, huh?

Now there's a big relief for the sexist Strato fans!

My full support to Big T! Whatever he does or whatever they decide!

I don't like female vocals in Metal. I've said this from the beginning. It's not because I'm sexist, I just think it takes away from the masculine part of metal. Metal is strong (not to say there isn't strong women - I know there is). Maybe it's just because I am accustomed to male vocals. But anyway Koti and Tolkki all the way! Make Peace! and Great Music!

edit - I better stop listening to Sacred Masculine Metal then, since I am a girl. Or find a cock to suck.

I want to say that I'm totaly agree with great Timo Tolkki:Stratovarius is Timo Timo;Jens;jari and Jorg,I really sorry for Katriina(I'm certain that She's a great singer),but for me Stratovarius are that line up.
I really hope that T.T. and T.K. decide both to try again and carry on with Stratovarius;it's not possble therefore I think that right Stratovarius don't exist anymore.
But I want to ask to Tolkki one thing:
if Stratovarius die you continue with another former band(with Katriina like singer)?

yea lol I agree with StratoBOB lets support both Timos!! altho they may have had differences and still have...lets all hope they make another album with the old line-up!

Btw, this is not a discussion about female singers...I really like female singers but the only thing I didn't like was that way she was introduced to us, don't you agree fans of Stratovarius?
But this is past now, and the bad things on the past should rest in peace...=D
