What´s that icon on the Strato Cover???

Today I looked on the cover of Elements Pt.1+2
and saw this icon down in the left corner.

It never attracted my attention.
It´s a art of circle

Has this Icon a special meaning or something?

Look at maiden covers, the easiest one to see is the one on Seventh son of a seventh son...it's the sign on the water, but it's the ancient sign, he got a new one: the one on the strato cover you showed
