When I hear the great song Time of your life by Green day
I thinking about Stratovarius, and what will happen, is this the end.

I really hope that I can see Stratovarius again live and I want to hear more albums. But the most important is that they are happy
I can always listning to old records.

But it would be a dream that comes true if Strato continue

Not to COMPLETELY miss the point of that post, but i HATE that song. A lot. I hope Green Day never makes me think of Stratovarius; that would be a serious tragedy.

i think the same , personally i hate green day , i n' hope too that they'll never make me think on STRATOVARIUS

well i won't talk about my own feelings about green day *cough* but i think we've missed the point of this post, here...

By the by I know which song you're talking about, and it is certainly one of the least objectionable. I don't mind it at all, it has a nice melody and message... I wouldn't put on the CD myself, but...

I wouldn't say that Green Day sucks. I especially like "American Idiot", that's fresh punkrock with a good political statement.
But I respect you oppinion, at least this is a metal-forum.

Has it perhaps occurred to you that people like different things, and that there is no such thing as a piece of music that universally sucks?
The definition of good and bad music varies from person to person; all music has it's fans and also it's haters. Face it.

I disagree. Some music IS bad.

Take the example:
I can bang on my cell phone with a hammer.
I claim it is music.
And now no one can say that it is 'bad music' just because I like it?
