I'm confused

I look at the Dreamspace album(
http://members.lycos.co.uk/jeff1524/stratovarius.jpg), and it's written Timo Tolkki as the singer. Then how come his voice is the same as Kotipelto?
Also, in the picture, the second guy from the left really looks like Kotipelto. Also, he has his legs so spread out lol so funny.
I'm confused.

Oh, BTW, Tolkki has a GREAT voice---wish he'd sing more! But, he&TK do NOT sound alike to me.
