A question for Jens Johanson...(about mp3s and those thngs)

Hi, so I chose to ask Jens Johanson because I know he is very "computer literate".
I am a stratovarius fan, I have bought several CD's from them (And I have assisted to one live show in Mexico).
As you may know, there are lots of ways to get illegal music from the internet (that is peer 2 peer networks, ftps IRC, etc etc). Now, there is one site that I think you may know already called blablabla in which you can get music with very good quality and in different formats.
Now, the legality of this site is being questioned and some people asks if any of the money that people pays in those sites ends in the pockets of you the people that do it.
Regarding this I have two questions, the first is what is your personal opinion of that site (are you aware of all the strato albums they have??),
the second question is, well as far as I know, one of the things that artists dont like about music labels is the small fees that they give for the album sells, and I was wondering if it could be possible for a group like you to create a song, and release it only in that way (through one of those kind of sites like allofmp3), and in some way agreeing directly with the store about royalties...
Well, those are just toughts, feel free to write me back to xtracto _AT_ linuxmail _DOT_ org with your comments .
thanks!
