I know the first song of the tour setlist would be for 99% Maniac Dance or something from the new album. in think legions would fit perfect for their first show they will play united maybe for the whole tour. so what do you think about it ?

(1730+15)

I was also wondering about it, and I think, the best would be the Episode + Speed of Light combo. It's the best start imho. And if it's true, that there's no double bass, and no big speed, then there is no good opening song. But we will see anyway. ;)

Akkor is van még remény,
Mert a lelked továbbra is él."

I think very good ones for opening a setlist really are Legions and maybe either the new single Maniac Dance or the new "United" called song, if it tells about that many could guess.

These lyrics would be so nice to hear on the first song, so Legions is the better choice:
..."Faster than light, higher than the sky, tonight we're together again.
Never give up and give in, stronger than steel we're the legions of the twilight.

We survived the hard times, never accepted the lies, you run like the wind you sing from the heart. Now that we're here together we'll sing..."
"I shall seize Fate by the throat; it shall certainly not bend and crush me completely"

There is something about this "no-double-bass" situation that is not clear yet. "No double bass" doesn't automatically means that there are no "catchy" songs. "Kiss of Judas" is not a double-bass track, but it sounded perfect on the live shows. So, maybe "Maniac Dance" is a mid-tempo song like "Kiss of Judas", so it will be the opener of the shows.
Now, if all the "Stratovarius"album is full of slow tracks like "Soul of A Vagabond"etc(personally, i hope not), then maybe the shows may start with an older hit. Anyway,it's Tolkki's work to pick the suitable track...

I think Father Time would explode the croud if it was the first song!
But in the other hand I understand that makes no sense to open the show with an old song if you are in tour for a new album. Except in special shows, this would not be a good idea, I think.

Bruce Wayne had no matronly influence on his life. His parents died when he was young. No one taught him how to dress. ;)

Superman had a family setup, but his excuse was that he's an alien. Batman just didn't know better.

Batman was raised by the family butler who sure knew how to dress well and about ettiquette. Batman did know better, he wasn't stupid either, because it takes wits to run a company like Wayne enterprizes. As a conclusion: This case remains unsolved.

Well, you certainly are not so easy to meet minds with. But that is not such a bad thing.

Please give something reasons for why you would suggest Visions for that. At least IceBreaker wouldn´t like to see Visions as an icebreaker for the tour. :D Rather it would be better to end the gigs with Visions, not Black Diamond for example.
