Long story. The SQL machine was having performance problems due to traffic. Saunalahti wanted us to lower the load on that machine. They had to do something about the situation on their end because of the heavy impact of the performance of one of their machines. They didn't know how to disable just what was causing the problem, so they did something else which made the whole site stop working. Then there was some mis-communication between their tech support desk and us (we opened a tech support ticket already the same day but it took four days to get thru to the actual people we needed to get thru to). Add to that that we are travelling every day, the normal stress of touring and of course the stress of this DVD shoot... so... just bad timing :)

dont sweat it, as long as it works now
Close your eyes and try to remember, destroyed lullabies of days gone by
Close your eyes on the edge of forever, a chance to dream fast asleep your nightmare ends
