Okay, I try to buy a new sweater from the sratoshop and both my mam's en my dad's visa card get an error like this one.

YOUR CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION FAILED

Unfortunately we didn't get a sales permit for your Credit Card. All the credit cards are verified ONLINE and if we don't get a sales permit to the customer's credit card, we are unable to accept the order.

Therefore the contents of your order are now deleted.

Most common reasons why credit card verification fails:

* The customer inserts a wrong credit card number.
* The customer inserts a wrong expiry date for the card
* The customer inserts a wrong CVV for the card
* The customers credit card company doesn't authorize international purchases
* The customer used Visa Electron but isn't registered to the Verified by Visa service.

If you feel that you have mistyped your credit card information, please try to order again but if your credit card fails again, contact your credit card company.

NOTE! If you have Visa Electron you must register your Visa Electron to the Verified by Visa-service. How to do that, please visit or contact your bank and ask how you can add your Visa Electron to the Verified by Visa service.

Yep, all overseas credit card sales don't work. The bank has made some change in their software and the shop can't handle it without something being altered.

It's being worked on... when I can get an order through or hear anything I will post here about it.

n fact, the first time I tried, my mom's credit card didn't work as well so I ordered with Cash on Delivry and got a good surprise (see here). The scond time, CoD was no longer aailable so I tried the credit card again and it worked fine. (This time, the order was about 120€ )
