'Susi ja Pekka' -> 'Pekka ja susi' refers to Sergei Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf. So the line should go:
Remember to vipe with Embo or wolf and Peter will take you

Well, that's good, I thought it was talking about Pekka, the old StupidStratoModerator, as he was dubbed behind his back!
So, Pekka means Peter in English? Wow, a person learns something new everyday!

In English Peter is also a slang term for...... skip it!

Btw, in finnish Peter can also be Petteri (although the Santa´s reindeer is Rudolf and in finnish Petteri, that´s not important now.)

..or maybe it refers to old finnish band "Pekka ja susi"? (If I'm not totally wrong its Anssi Kela's old band)

That would probably be a question you'd have to ask Tolkki yourself. But seriously, when a song is in "demo mode", many times the lyrics aren't even written yet. So most of the time the singer just "ad libs" through it and lyrics get written that way. So it was probably part "ad lib" and part silliness.

Or he is talking about me, as I'm Péter, which is then Pekka it seems. But I'm not surprised, that Finnish spelling went to the way of 'k' rather than 't'.
