Well personally.. I love the old writing... and the old album art too... they all seemed more power metally, nicer somehow....

what do you think ??

If you watch the New writing in Visions... What cana I say. Beautifull. But older was pretty nice too

If you consider Twilight Time - Visions era "old writing", well, then my answer is old writing.

Fright Night up to and including Episode - Old writing

Visions until present - New writing

It should be:

Fright Night - Dreamspace
Old writing

Fourth Dimension
Semi-new writing

Episode - ??
New writing

Well the newest writing differ from the writing started from Visions and besides it was quite styled on E pt1.

I like both of them. But if there was an obligation to choose one, that would be the first logo because of Dreamspace & Episode being my favorite albums of Strato!

I prefer the new one. period

I like first 3 albums more than later ones. So i prefer old style.

Older...i like this 80's "future" air.

well, I like the new album, but it is not Stratovarius what is always was... no dubble base action from Jörg... it's a "down" album, i realy hoped that they brought a cd out with the "Infinte-style"

hm, my favorite albums are Episode, Infinite and Visions, so I can't really say..

I've heard rumors about this picture being the cover of the new compilation.

The old stratovarius logo is horrible and thats coming from a mega fan! It looks like a superman logo or something, cheesy and just awful!
The now regular way is teh best!

Old stratovarius logo is million times better. And the new logo is much more cheesy than old, in my opinion.

Old. Absolutely. My favourite albums are the four first ones. They have much more variety and better songs IMO.

you would be right in saying that...all i've seen abou the album on the internet comes with this picture

old writing has a nice touch of "old-school" but new one is also nice. The newest one as on Elements are modern... Maybe a mix of all of them?

Or if we wouldn't find a solution for everybody, just change the band name

Old writing gets my vote.

Newer is cooler.

I like the older more, but the S is sexy in the older one, so why not a merged of the two?

I like both, though if we consider the new era begins to "Fourth Dimension" then i vote new!

New one is better because more beautiful.

its wierd: most of the people who posted messages said to prefer the old style. still, the new one has more votes.
i prefer the new style. i dont like much the first 3 albums because of the voice and the bad sound. tolki is not a brilliant singer, he's ok for backing vocals, but him place is on guitar not on lead voice. i like very much the intrumental songs from old albums(fire dance, metal frezy,etc.)
