A good advice, but time is needed for the unrest to calm down.
Spending some time in unrest that fine we are human and can’t be happy and positive all the time but lets all try and put some positive energy in the mix as well. I think it’s a good rule for me that for every hour of unrest to practice a couple of hours of self relaxation and a few hours of sharing positive energy with others. For me at least it is nice to just take some time for myself and reflect on the positive aspects in the world and in my life and then to also take some time to share positive moments with friends and loved ones.
