I'd steer clear of it now after the terrible way Tolkki is acting. His actions have tainted my love slightly for Stratovarius.

I think that Tolkki deserves a really hit of reality...

musically, he will always have fans, but I think that morally does not learn from his mistakes and even though he refuses, he act like a maniac. As a person, as an example to follow it seems to me,
that he doesn't deserve our respect...pity, because his message is great, but his actions are erratic

No, I am writing songs for the RR album full steam. The last Stratovarius album will be composed together with Tuomo and Antti sometime next year when we all have the time. For me and Tuomo it will be 25 years anniversary since I joined 1984! It's a good way to stop. How it was started and not use the name for something it is not morally appropriate for.

Because just like Stratovarius cannot exist without Kotipelto and Jörg Michael, it cannot exist without me as Stratovarius. Therefore the only right thing morally is to come up with a new name. In a smaller scale it would be like if in Kotipelto the band, Kotipelto would leave and suddenly the other guys would continue with a new singer still calling it Kotipelto. But this thing I have left far behind. As you can see I am busy with my new band. You can debate it forever, but I really find it weird if somebody thinks it's okay to use the name Stratovarius without me.

TT, if you have "left it all far behind" why are you still harping on it? I and LOTS of other people think its OK if the Stratovarius name is used by the remaining members, but at this point its up to them to decide what they want to do. Legally, its been determined that its fine. Case closed.
